Why Apple won’t put calculator in widgets section or on main lock screen

Why is Apple so not willing to give control to users by allowing users to change the apps we would want to change on the lock screen at the bottom or give us the ability to add any app in the widgets section?

what is Apple so scared of? I can’t add calculator to widgets or Lock Screen?

it could do so much with how we could use Lock Screen. Like swipe left could be given to camera/any other app and allow users put any app at the bottom screen. I guess it will also take 10 years like the usb c drama
