I have noticed water trapped inside my iPhones front camera, which disabled Face ID, I was wondering if anyone knew how to dry it up faster and if after it dried (it it will dry) that if Face ID would work again.

Extract the Water:
Take this to a local retailer. Many retailers have devices designed to extract water from a mobile phone. Local one in my rural area do, and I've used one myself.
