Why are Some iPhone photos or videos not supported in the Windows operating system? I am defended from 3rd party extension. Please give me some suggestions

Windows should be able to display the default output from iPhone. However, you can change the recorded photo/video format in Settings > Camera > Formats to "Most Compatible", which may fix the issue.

irfanview is a free app for windows which open just about all image formats
vlc player is a free app for windows which play just about all video formats
any update on this? I have a smartphone shop and this is my job to ensure that all user queries are resolved as soon as possible
