My Canon MG5420 will not connect with my MacBook Air running Venture 13.5.

This Canon is on the AirPrint list that apple says will connect with my new computer. Every time I try to print I get a "filter" error. Can anyone help me resolve this?

That printer is AirPrint compatible. Therefore, on the printer's screen make sure it's connected to your WiFi. Then go to the System/Printers & Scanners settings pane and remove the printer from the list of printers.

Come settings and reopen. Go back to the same pane and add the printer back using the Bonjour/WiFi option. See if that will connect the printer wirelessly.
