I bought online a new Iphone (iPhone 15 Pro Max) to pick up from an apple store, when I go there for picking up, can I trade my previous one (iPhone 13 Pro Max) which is in very good shape? In that case trade-in value can be transfered to my credit card back?

I could not specify it because the system pushed me all the time to the option 'sending trade kit' when I did that. I could not see any option 'trade at the store'.
There isn't a "trade at the store" option. So they send you a trade in kit, which you throw away and trade it at the store. I've done this the last several years, without issue.
