Hello I have care plus and it says I can have express replacement. If I go into store will I get this option or will they they just fix it??

Make an appointment at the Genius Bar. Without knowing what’s wrong with your phone, they may be able to repair or replace it on the spot.
If you make an appointment, they can probably replace the screen in less than an hour…
The screen is cracked. Now I can pay £39 and take into shop or request an express replacement for £39 and get a new one sent out. So basically can I request the replacement in store as that doesn’t seem fair that only a certain customer gets expresss
