Series 4 Watch OS10.1 - Weather app doesn't scroll

Since updating to Watch OS10.1 on my Series 4, the Weather app does not allow scrolling, neither by spinning the digital crown or by scrolling up/down. Instead it shows the main page for the selected location. I can tap the list button and change location, and I can tap the upper right corner button to change the view (Conditions, Temperature, etc), but no matter what location or view, I cannot scroll to see things like the hourly forecast, weekly forecast, etc. I have tried restarting the watch but nothing changed. Hope someone can help.

Same problem here, and unfortunately hard rebooting both devices doesn’t work anymore.

Same goes for updating to latest iOS, or resetting the privacy settings.

Hopefully this bug gets fixed soon.

Initially scrolling didn’t work. Then it did for a while and now doesn’t again. Really annoying it’s probably my most used complication.

I’m using Apple Watch SE 2nd Gen, Scroll is not working for me too in the weather app after the update. I can change the location and view options like temperature, conditions etc. but it shows the main screen for all, not allows to scroll down.
