Check my mobile authentication

I bought a new 15 pro max iPhone (International Version) from third party seller in Dubai, and I didn't open the box yet, but I wanted to check the warranty so I go to (Check Your Service and Support Coverage - Apple Support) and entered the serial number on the box and I got this Message: Activate Your Device

We’re unable to display coverage details because your device hasn’t been registered. Please contact your Apple product retailer or your wireless carrier to register this device.

So what that means? and the model number is A3105 is this the international version with physical sim?
