After purchasing the device, I checked its Apple Coverage through your website and noticed that the coverage activation date was three months ago. This was surprising to me because I bought the device as brand new.

I would like to clarify the following:

1. Was this device previously activated by another user or reseller?

2. Has this device been opened, used, or returned before being sold to me?

3. Are there any issues or concerns related to this device’s warranty or eligibility for service?

Please let me know how I can proceed to ensure that my device is in perfect condition and eligible for full warranty coverage.
