I want to buy iPad Pro m2 2022 that never been activated,will warranty work? I checked the series number and there isn’t written about warranty,only that device never been activated,so what’s about warranty? Series number : XL***WKM

Not likely. Warranty starts when the device is purchased from Apple or an Apple Authorized reseller, not when it's activated. At this point, the device warranty would have expired.
