watch screen doesn't show heart rate on clock dials after watchos 10.1 update

Hello. After 10.1 update, i can't see heart rate info on watch screen. when this information is very important especially on activity dials, i really don't understand why this option is removed. i wonder if everyone is having same issue. I'm using watch 8. Thanks!
