i bought my phone on july 2023, i saw that the water intake on the health app was march 15, 2022??? is this normal? or like a glitch?

Did you transfer your data from a previous iPhone? If yes, your health data will be transferred as well.
Or do you have other apps that also register your water consumption in the Health app?
