Stop iCloud pop up with incorrect email/ID

I changed my email address in icloud and just recently on my Windows laptop I get a sign in pop up every 2 minutes that I can not use to sign in as it has my old email address already filled in a greyed out in the user ID field. If I go to icloud and sign in with my new email address, it shows my user ID is my new email address, so how can I fix this popup with the incorrect email address? On my iphone I am also signed in with my new email address. Just whilst typing this short message, it has popped up three times, it is driving me crazy.
