I can't able to login with proper Internet Setup

I got new Mac setup, when I try to open App Store for downloading some tools , I'm unable to open and getting "Can't connect" message. I have well internet connect but not ethernet connection.

But when I tried to log in, it says connection failed and I have a stable internet connection. Then what is the problem with it?

Error connecting to 'internet' with Mojave I am trying to update my software. I received an 2018 mac air (brand new) from work, and was having issues, so i took it to the apple store. they upgraded it to mojave, i am now trying to upgrade the OS further. However, whenever I go to the app store or to the software update in preferences, i get the error 'make sure you are connected to the internet'. I am definitely connected because I am using the computer now! Any suggestions?

Please read If you can't connect to the App Store, iTunes Store, or other Apple services - Apple Support.
