Kernel panic when Mac goes to sleep

At first glance, that looks like. hardware issue. it seems to be complaining about internal Busses from internal caches.

¿have you run the diagnostic?

Remember that its default result says "No fault detected" and Does NOT say "All is well"

Had you added or changed an external monitor recently? I ask because I have a similar setup, an OWC Thunderbolt 3 Dock with a number of drives, ethernet etc. connected and all was well until I recently added a Samsung ViewFinity S9 "Smart" Monitor to the setup, also through the dock. Ever since I get the same thing, where it crashes after going to sleep. Samsung, OWC, and Apple support all point at each other, though Samsung says they're willing to send a tech out to run hardware tests on their monitor.

Disconnect all external devices in case one of them is causing a problem.

Are you running any anti-virus apps, cleaning/optimizer apps, or third party security software? These types of software are not needed on a Mac and are known to cause Kernel Panics. If you have any of these apps installed, then uninstall them by following the developer's instructions.

There have been rather a lot of vexing issues surrounding going into and out of sleep. For now, a work-around may be to sleep less often or not at all.
