QR codes: I just recently started getting the following error message when scanning QR codes: "Paused; you need to choose a plan to reactivate this QR code." Happens on all QR codes. I've uninstalled the QA scanniung app and tried several and it's the same . Either in Safari or Chrome How do I fix this ???
You don't need a 3rd party app, use the built-in camera on your iPhone, see -> Scan a QR code with your iPhone, iPad or iPod touch -> Scan a QR code with your iPhone, iPad or iPod touch – Apple Support (UK)
I removed all 3rd party QR apps and I get the same error message . Now if I click this QR it goes right to apple support . Why does is say the other error for custom made QR's which use to work 
That depends on which & and whose QR Code you are going to scan.
This is not true. I have exactly the same issue. I even when through my house and scanned the Qr codes on products. All the codes I scanned (a total of 31), came up with the same issue.
