QR CODE SCANNING Iphone 13 Pro

QR codes: I just recently started getting the following error message when scanning QR codes: "Paused; you need to choose a plan to reactivate this QR code." Happens on all QR codes. I've uninstalled the QA scanniung app and tried several and it's the same . Either in Safari or Chrome How do I fix this ???
