I bought a Macbook air, and never arrived. And in Apple support channel there is no solutions...
I bought a Macbook air, while I was visiting my brother in Meryland, and the Macbook never arrived. At the beginning we got in contact with Ups, but after a few weeks they delivered us to Apple. In Apple they supposed to take our case, and resent de Macbook to a new adress, but it never happened. We have been trying to get our money back, or at least the macbook for more than a year, and nothing have happened. Also they just cut the phone when we call the support area, saying there is nothing they can do.
