Apple iPhone Trade-in

I traded my iPhone 11 to IPhone 14 Plus through the Apple online store on 3/31/23. My iPhone carrier is T-Mobile. Trade-in credit was $400: instant trade-in credit $180 and T-Mobile bill credit over 24 months $220. Also, I received a email for that on 4/13/23 from Apple Store. But I haven’t get $220 from T-Mobile. The reason is that Apple didn’t note my carrier T-Mobile for the trade-in. I called T-Mobile and Apple. They could not do anything. I lost $220 because of Apple’s mistake. Any comments to get $220?

Issue with Apple trade-in on iPad I bought a new iPad and traded in the old one. The old one worked fine, but I received an email that my trade in value went from $185 to $0 due to damage. The iPad was not sent in that condition. It was working. I have started two chats now and disputed the trade-in value. BTW, Apple sent me two brand new iPads but only charged for one. I called immediately and returned the one I did not buy. Why on earth would I send back a $900 iPad and then send a damaged one in for trade?? Seriously??!! I am livid! I am not letting this go. Trade in Value not honored. Not Fair This is really unfair. Going from $120 to zero on my ipad mini trade in. The screen was perfect, I took meticulous care of it always. I relied on the $120 trade in value to buy the new ipad mini I think this is very unfair. I requested it be sent back and I sent in a photo of a perfect screen quality without any of the defects they claimed. I do not think they examined it at all. I request the credit for the trade in as stated and I fairly agreed to. I sent emails with pics to 3 different emails and I received no replies. Order Number:W158799xxxx Ordered on: 12/26/2024
