Apple trade-in return parcel from Schenker High Tech (Breda, Netherlands)

Well, as I mentioned above: I wanted to trade in my old iPhone, and Apple (online) told me to wait till I got a "return parcel". Nothing came, so I called and they promised to send another one. Today I received this empty parcel from "Schenker- high tech - Breda". There is no letter, nowhere is "Apple" mentioned. And two days before this parcel I got e-mails from the Apple store that I did not return my phone in time so I won't get my money back. I just wonder if this empty parcel from an unknown company Is the "return-parcel" that I am supposed to use. So, anybody who happens to know this is where one sends his/her Apple stuff? THANKS!!

I had the exact same situation. Only after reading this topic and carefully looking inside the package, I noticed a QR code and link to Apple support inside. So it really is the return parcel, but indeed I found it confusing that it only showed Schenker and not Apple on the outside, and that there is no letter explaining it. A return label was included in the box. Hope this photo helps anyone:

I would say that the safest thing to do is initiate a new trade-in. However, did the package contain a return label which you can stick over your delivery label? If there is no return label inside the package then you could not have used the package to return your phone. I know that Apple in the UK use a third party company for trade-in so it is not unusual to find no mention of Apple in or on the package.

Buzzwords “Schenker” and “Breda” are strongly supporting this to be the apple return parcel.

But as you (as the initiating person) can’t verify this assumption, I suggest as others did in answering you, to a/ report to apple about the potential deviation in their trade in process (potentially receiving a return parcel after the deadline) and b/ file another time for a trade-in.
