I just got charged for iCloud storage that I did not request
I just received an email saying my Apollo I’d was used to purchase storage Total charge .99&

iCloud does not get activated on its own.
You needed to follow several steps to start the subscription.
Where are you seeing this charge?
Also, how do you know the charge is for iCloud? Apple does not identify charges specifically on your payment method's statement. They would just appear as "apple.com/bill".
If it shows up as something else, then its not from Apple at all.
Could it be for something else?
Do you see an amount of iCloud storage larger than 5GB in Settings on your devices?
If you just received an email, make sure it is actually form Apple.
