Cannot install itunes on windows 11

After i incorrectly uninstalled iTunes from windows 11 i cannot install it correctly anymore.

When i try to install it from microsoft store and then open it i get an error that i should remove previous installation of itunes, but i already removed it.

when i try to install iTunes from the file, the installation goes as normal but at the end i get an error: "service 'Apple Mobile Device' (Apple Mobile Device) failed to start. Verify that you have sufficient privleges to start system services". Then i can skip this error and iTunes complete the installation, and when i try to connect my phone to the PC i get an error "this iPhone cannot be used because the required software is not installed. Run the iTunes installer to remove iTunes, then install iTunes again".
