Mint Mobile Voicemail Issues

I see quite a few people asking about not being able to set up Voicemail on Mint after switching from AT&T. I finally got an answer.

You have to go into the Settings, then General, then "Transfer or Reset iPhone."

Once you are there, I hit "Reset", then "Reset Network Settings."

After chatting with Mint for an hour to no avail, this finally worked! So happy to now be able to get my Voicemails on the app.

Switched to Mint Mobile from ATT and my visual voicemail won’t work. I have to press 1 for voicemail. Visual Voicemail forcing me to "Call Voicemail" on iPhone 11 I switched my carrier from ATT to Mint Mobile, both of which support Visual Voicemail, however once I switched to Mint Mobile, my Visual Voicemail only shows my old ATT voicemails and no mint voicemails. Mint had me remove SIM card , restart phone, reset my voicemail and reset network settings. Still no visual voicemail from mint calls, just the ones transferred from ATT. Also on the phone app page when I go to ‘change voicemail password’ and enter the password I created when calling voicemail it says ‘voicemail is unavailable.’ Also tried using the last four digits of my number. No luck. Any suggestions?

Voicemail Option Disappeared with Latest Update I just updated my iPhone 12 to iOS 15.6 last night. Today I noticed that I can not access my voicemails through the phone app. I can still receive my voicemails through my carrier and calling out as usual however, the visual options, the greetings options, notifications, all of it is no longer available, nor do I see any way of accessing it through an app (including phone) on my phone. Help?
