You're welcome, Trayce. My guess is at some point Apple will offer this option, as there seems to be a lot of users who'd appreciate it.

At this point, you can't. Perhaps someday in a future update this will be an option.
Thanks Mike. I put a Feedback comment in to the Mac OS Support teams. I see no reason that they can't provide a Caps Lock Indicator deactivate feature.
