Series 3 watch; does it have GPS+cellular?

I’m trying to get a replacement screen for an apple series 3 watch that my son found in his new car (the old owners broke and it deserted it I guess?) but I want to make sure I’m getting the right one. On the back of the watch it says “series 3•38mm aluminum case•ion x-glass•ceramic back•GPS•LTE•WR-50M”. Does that LTE mean it’s both gps AND cellular capable?

iPhone 8, iOS 16

First, Activation Lock is designed to prevent anyone else from using an Apple Watch if it's ever lost or stolen.

About Activation Lock on your Apple Watch - Apple Support

Activation Lock is an anti-theft feature that cannot be bypassed. Only the previous owner can remove the lock by using their Apple ID & password. Apple will not help you find the previous owner. If the previous owner cannot or will not remove the lock, then the watch is useless to you or anyone else. Turn its over to the authorities or dispose of the watch properly.

Second, to identify the watch, see:

Personally, I would not waste any money trying to get the screen replaced on a series 3 watch. It is fairly old (Apple really doesn't support it anymore) and you will probably have many problems trying to pair it with a modern iPhone.
