Find my not working after upgrading to a new phone
My friend recently upgraded from and iPhone 12 Pro Max to a 15 pro max and now we can’t see each other’s location. I did the same upgrade 2 weeks ago and everything transferred fine, they could see my live location and I could see theirs. We’ve tried turning the phones on and off as well as the find my setting. We show up on the find my app but our location is from hours ago. And instead of have the directions to each other’s location it has “find” and finds their phone like an air tag. I’m not sure what we are doing wrong. Any help would be appreciated.
