I have changed my itune's default backup location from C drive to external drive using cmd function, Now i wanna change it to default location i.e. C drive, how to make it happen?

You should be able to delete the Backup link file this located in:
%AppData%\Apple Computer\MobileSync\ or %UserProfile%\Apple\MobileSync\
Then copy in the Backup folder from its current location, or leave iTunes to create a new fresh backup next time you backup to your computer.
