Hi , how can i fix my iphone when the battery part is unknown
I dont know why my iphone appears the message ( battery unknown)

Did you have the battery replaced? If yes, the wrong part was installed.
If the phone still has the original battery, there may be a problem with the battery.
Take the phone to an Apple Store.....(make an appointment first)......or take the phone to an authorized Apple service shop.
