can I transfer old data and pictures from another iCloud account to my new iCloud one I just created?

I attempted to use WD Smartware to copy and transfer but it's an old device and is not compatible with my new Apple PC.

iMac 24″, macOS 14.0

Transferring Data to a New iCloud Account:

You'd have to export it as archives from one iCloud account, and then upload it to the new iCloud account. Performing this on a computer is best, as it is more user-friendly doing so.

Transferring Data to a New iCloud Account:

You'd have to export it as archives from one iCloud account, and then upload it to the new iCloud account. Performing this on a computer is best, as it is more user-friendly doing so.
