Lost data service on IPhone 11

IPhone 11 lost data connection for all apps/services while the signal is showing full bars. Switching off and on cellular data or airplane mode won't fix. This happened when service provider changed my data from 2 gb to 30 gb.

I tried restart iPhone or conduct a network reset (or system reset). No luck!

Anyone else experiencing the same issue?

Any solution to fix this?

If your cellular carrier is sure that your traffic plan has been upgraded correctly, and if they have no problem on their side, and if your carrier updates are okay on your device, I suggest that you make an appointment (*) and have your device inspected at an Apple Store or AASP (Apple Authorized Service Provider) among this list:--> https://locate.apple.com/choose-country-region . After checking it out, they'll give you all the available options.
