It is too late to back up. If you don't already have a backup on a Mac or PC, or on iCloud, then you have no backup.

Assuming you've backed up to icloud or itunes, then you restore your new iphone from said backup.

You can enable remote wipe using findmy, same place you put the phone in lost mode.

Phone needs to be connected to wifi or cell data in order for it to erase or being located.
