Apps not available on my MacBook Air

Hey everyone.I am a sophomore Electrical-Electronics Engineering student.I am using MacBook Air M1 for 2 months now and I didn't have any problems until now.Last week I had to download Solidworks and Altium Designer but I could not download them.I found out that they are note available for macOS operating system.Is there anything that you could suggest me to do?
