Volume adjustment not working on WhatsApp

Yes, it is a WhatsApp bug. If you close the app and reopen it, it works again. However, when you visualize someone's status, it stops working. So, it looks like the new status interface is causing the issue.

Report this to WhatsApp, as I recommended in my above reply They will know nothing of your occurrence, if you do not report it to them.
