Volume changes automatically while using whatsapp & camera not working with volume button

Thanks for posting here in Apple Support Communities. Let's first have you verify that WhatsApp is also updated in the App Store. If it is, you can try uninstalling and reinstalling the app as it may help to address the issue you're facing: How to delete apps - Apple Support

As far as the camera is concerned, are you able to take a photo without using the volume button? See: iPhone camera basics - Apple Support If you haven't tried already, please restart your iPhone to see if the issue persists.
