I have an iPhone 16, ios 26.1, working perfectly;
yesterday i was trying to listen to an audio and the volume hud looked like this.
Unfortunately this bug/glitch is still on, i tried to reinstall whatsapp and restart the phone but it didn't work.
Do i have to reset the phone?

Sounds like an issue with WhatsApp. Their developers have released 4 updates in last 7 days. Many WhatsApp users are reporting that the old app must be deleted before updating, in order for the update to work properly.

I got the same bug its happen when fully lower the audio and launch whatsapp then listen to the audio. it disappears after turn volume up

Contact Meta support.
And if you are running the current iOS 26.0.1 and not an iOS beta, contact Meta WhatsApp support.
Whether this is a WhatsApp bug, or a problem in iOS 26.0.1, WhatsApp is in the best position to address it, or to report it to Apple.
