Disable double-tap to zoom in browser

E.g. https://demonin.com/games/hyperGame/ zooms in and out when rapidly clicking the buttons.

I just want to disable the double-tap to zoom in browsers. I can pinch if necessary.

I’ve seen discussions and posts from old versions of iOS that seem to indicate that the setting used to be under accessibility, but I do not see it any more.

there are settings for “Zoom” but it’s an OS wide zoom with a different, three-finger double-tap.

”Magnification” also comes up empty.

There are solutions for web devs to use a “touch-action: manipulation;” style to disable it.
