Can’t redeem gift card

I’m trying to be getting my question answered.

However, I’m supposed to be answering my own question.

Since I’m going round and round. I will never find the answer to the question I pose.

If I had the answer, I would not have tried to text to figure this out. Thank you very much for nothing.

thank you Community I am in no way am I belittling your work. I honestly have never used this forum before are do realize that it’s a community help center. I just thought there would actually be some members of Apple around the clock to answer some questions around the clock. I’ll try again tomorrow.
