There is no phone for Total should have gotten Norton. If I can’t use this it’s no good to me and I want one also for my daughters iPad how can I get this set up. Need help no contact for Total

Sorry Total AV is the product

Ok thanks. If "Total AV" is a non-Apple "anti-virus" product, do not install it. If you already installed it, uninstall it. It's worthless, the same as "McAfee or "Norton" or whatever other name they might try to hide behind these days. They are scams.

I understand you had trouble activating "Total AV" or doing whatever it is they asked you to do. The most likely reason is the iPad's operating system is doing its best to prevent you from doing something you shouldn't do.

Really wanted for my daughter who stupidly talked to someone who put malware on her computer even after being warned

No non-Apple "anti-virus" product will prevent you or her from willfully agreeing to install something. That's just a basic tenet of using a device responsibly.

Read Effective defenses against malware and other threats - Apple Community. Even though it is written primarily for Macs, it is equally applicable to iPads, iPhones, PCs, and life in general. Print or email a copy for your daughter to read.

Creating a pass / fail quiz on the subject might be a fun project for you both.

Thank you it is Total Nv I think would have to pull it up, came as #1 recommended on google. I just couldn’t pull it through on my computer. I cancelled it. Had Norton before and it was good. Got McAfee lousy. Really wanted for my daughter who stupidly talked to someone who put malware on her computer even after being warned
