Where are iTunes settings for iPod sync?

I'm on iTunes 12.11.3.17 on Windows 11 Pro. I have an iPod mini that's been upgraded to 32 gb. I left too many podcasts in my iTunes library and it wasn't able to sync, due to needing too much memory on the iPod. iTunes popped up a message that I could allow it to switch off sync for podcasts. I allowed it to do that. Now that I've deleted old podcasts, I'm ready to turn podcast syncing back on. So far, I've not been able to find where to do that in iTunes. Anyone know?
