Apple ID NOT Active - Please help

Hello,

This really is an urgent enquiry.

  • Apple ID is not active
  • Second time this has happened, it happened back in July as well.
  • That was quickly recovered however, this time i have phoned apple directly many times this week and some times they have phones me asfter one of these online chat sessions.
  • They have sent a few requests this week and i dont know what the issue is.
  • Whenever the requests where sent i would try to log in, every now and again in the 24 hour period and i was wondering if that would prohibit the request being succesful incase they would view that as suspicious etc.
  • The 24 period for the next one ends at 9:25 Today.
  • I am a student in secondary school in Scotland, so i only downlaod school revision resources. I do really need access back to my devices as i cant downlaod any apps or anything on any of my devices as they all use this apple id. i keep getting inondated with notifications and this has been hapopening for a week. So something does need to happen.
  • No one has access to my account, but my computer is used by my parents for online banking etc.

I wrote this yesterday. and another new request has been sent. I cant deal with this for much longer. I need access to my devices. This is thousands of pounds worse.

How can i force delete apple ID from all devices if i cant log in, if it says its not activve. please help?. This has been a week. THis really is a last resort because all the tech support team keep doing is sending requests and nothing happens. i have tried turning off 'find my' as i saw that can log you out but i cant sign in to turn it off

Only Apple can resolve an inactive ID. You will have to continue working with them.

You can reach Apple Support using this link --> Contact - Official Apple Support

or by telephone at one of the numbers in this support article --> Contact Apple for support and service - Apple Support

If you're truly desperate to use the devices, Apple can completely reset a device if a person can provide sufficient evidence of valid ownership. Do this online at: Activation Lock support request - https://al-support.apple.com/#/additional-support Apple says, "Proof of ownership documentation is required," but does not detail what currently constitutes proof. Prior to this new online service Apple typically required the original receipt issued by Apple or an Apple Authorized Reseller and documented provenance (so typically it would be the original owner who does this, or a descendant with legal proof of ownership). This will give you access to the device but won't restore access to the account used to lock it. There is nothing that can be done to expedite an Activation Lock request.

Apple recommends you "Keep your receipt after you buy an Apple device" --> Keep your receipt after you buy an Apple device - Apple Support
