After trying to download an application in App Store i got this message, after clicking "View" i accepted terms and clicked the "Next" button but it didn't work, i tried multiple times and searched for many tutorials but "next" button still not redirecting me to payment method settings. Can someone help? I use iPhone 4s

When you get that message on your screen, tap Review to sign in, then review your account information.
Click Review repeatedly.
Some people have only had a response after a second or subsequent click.
Try to download a free app at the App Store.
For example try to download this (is an free app).
Log in at appleid.apple.com and make sure you have payment information stored there.

fyi: Not all credit & debit cards seem to work with App Store / iTunes Store, try a different one, or preferably a credit card. If your card is not accepted as a paymenf method, you need to contact your bank.

You did not understand me, the "Review" button is working, i selected country and clicked "Next" but the next button seem not to work.
I have a payment method configured through PC.
This Apple Id never used iTunes store, on iPhone 4s
