Hello, I have an iPhone 14 with MagSafe silicon case, I also have the MagSafe wallet but on the app Find My it seems like it is not supported, what should I do?

After reading the support link you arrived here from, I found the following:
It works with Phone 12 and later Leather or Silicone Cases, or the iPhone 13 Clear Case. You can use the wallet with the iPhone 12 Clear Case, but Find My isn't supported.
Not 100% sure that this means it will not work with other iPhone model cases ... but may be the reason it is not working for you.
At this point, I suggest that you contact Apple Support directly for further assistance with this matter. To do so, simply select the "Support" link on the lower left-hand side of this forum's web page.
