Ups employee delivered an empty box instead of an iPhone

I ordered an iPhone 15 pro max 1TB on September 21st. I waited almost a month for my order and was delivered an empty box without an iPhone. Ups employees opened the box and took the iPhone. I called you and explained the situation; you promised me to do condensation. I've been waiting for a month for condensation from you. An empty box was delivered on October 13
