My card can’t be used

I got an Apple gift card and there’s balance of $50 on the card but I can’t load or use the card and he was just tell me to visit iTunes customer service so I need your help

An image of the full front and back of your card.
A sales receipt showing when your card was purchased.
The serial number from your card.
