No, if you can't find them on your iPhone.

You are running iOS 16 on your phone, so you can check to see if the messages can be retrieved.

Open Messages

Tap Edit in the upper left corner of the screen

Tap Show Recently Deleted

Messages that have been deleted within the last 30 days will appear. If you don't see the messages you are looking for, they were deleted more than 30 days ago, so they are gone.

iCloud won't normally help in this case, because the messages that were deleted from your iPhone would have been deleted from the iCloud backups.

Download All of iCloud:

One thought would be to download all of iCloud to an external drive. Once downloaded, seeing through the download, doing so in a Finder on a Mac. Search through the doubled using the search bar on the top-right corner of the Finder window.
