Error message Apple ID
I have forgotten my MacBook password tried to rest via Apple ID however stating that it can’t connect to Apple ID server and that I don’t have internet when I do

You need to have a good Wi-Fi.
If they are On, turn Off Hotspot & VPN.
Charge the battery > 70%.

If your Mac isn't connecting to the internet over Wi-Fi
