How much does it cost to fix my macbook with broken display?

I own a M1 macbook 2021 which recently showed horizontal black lines and green and red vertical lines. If its a problem with the motherboard or display. How much will it cost to replace and fix?(I don't have applecare nor am I within the warranty.) Is there also anywhere else I can get it fixed not at Apple for cheaper?! Please answer!!!!
