bearing in mind that iPhones manufactured for China, Macao, Hong Kong markets DO NOT support eSIMs (just two physical SIM cards) and the warranty for iPhone IS NOT international.

I apologies but the information u provided isn't legit, apple always give international warranty for all types of devices and accessories, eitherway its HK\CN or US\Middles east version

I always buy new iphone with physical dual sim, unfortunately I once got an issue with my device, visited Apple store in Abu Dhabi and it was sorted.

For what it worth, and possible discussion, the Apple document below was provided by a sales associate at an Apple Store in Texas to a friend who purchased an iPhone at the store but lives in Mexico. His phone has not required service at this point, but he is bit concerned that his phone may not covered.

No difference at all in terms of use.

But,

Middle eastern version not getting facetime

HK\CN version getting 2 physical simcard slots

US getting 2 e-sim slots (No physical tray for sim)

iPhone 15 Pro Max, model code A3106, manufactured for those markets support 1 physical SIM Card and 2 (or more) eSIMs.

Sorry no, international warranty on iOS devices is only valid in the countries you buy those devices.
