Notification stranger on my iPhone

Looks like you have Focus profile active.

Swipe down the control centre and turn Off focus

See -> Turn on or schedule a Focus on iPhone

You have placed this in an English-based forum. Can you please translate this? That may help you get the answer you need.

google an image similar to this screen with all translated, and see if it pops up. Elsewise, you'd have to change the language on the entire phone, and I'm certain you don't wan to do that.

Looks fine to me. There is no card of the contact; that is what it is dulled-out in black. So, do you not recognize the notification?
