Iphone SE restarting every 2min 50 seconds after updating to IOS 17

Iphone SE is restarting every 2min 50 seconds after updating to IOS 17, I have had a $105 battery replacement and nothing has changed.

Erased and reinstalled the software, but it wouldn't stay on long enough, then the next day it did, but once it was installed, again it went back to rebooting every 2 min.

Apple didn't tell me what was wrong, just that something was missed and they shouldn't have replaced the battery, They are saying I need a new phone which is a disgrace for a 2 year old device, however I claim it was the new update. Anyone else have the same problem or a solution for me, I can't afford a new phone at this time, this one isn't even paid off.
