I have problem with bluetooth with the newest version of ios. My version is 17.1.1 and the it constantly disconnecting on all devices. i searched a lot and i found that there are so many people who have this problem with their iphone in different models.
I've reset my setting, i did so many things which i've found on internet. but it didn't fix yet.
Could you please fix it as soon as possible? it's really annoying

Apple just released iOS 17.1.2. Update your iPhone, then after the update completes, Force Restart your iPhone by following these directions --> Force restart iPhone - Apple Support
Keep the Force Restart instructions as I do this after EVERY iOS update and I've never had an issue caused by any update in all the years I've owned an iPhone.
Same here with Starkey hearing aids. Since updating sound is a disaster. Squelch and crackling. This has only happened since update . Made an expensive investment in the aid’s only to be ruined by Apple. Please fix this asap. Also purchased iPhone 15 pro. Seems like Apple doesn’t care anymore more about their customers.
phone updated today (Feb. 28, 2024) to 17.3.1 and I’m having this issue. I reset networks. Removed Bluetooth and repaired to my car. Car shows it’s connected, phone shows it should be connected, but readout on radio says device disconnected.
17.3.1 update has still not fixed Bluetooth issues.
deleted devices, re connect devices etc etc,
Bluetooth still stutters and disconnects.
APPLE you are better than this.
Please rectify the issue.
I’ve used iPhone 11, 13 promax and 14 promax. Any Bluetooth I use they disconnect or they start to breakup. I’ve used AirPod pros 1st n 2nd gen, beats headphones and other non Apple devices and nothing works
Recently updated to 17.4 from the last version of 16. Bluetooth will connect, but constantly drops in and out making it worthless for calls and annoying for music. I've tried re-pairing everything with no luck.
Hopefully apple really will fix it instead of just adding more useless feel-good features. I need my audio device to, well...audio.
Now I can’t play my music in my car. You have no idea how this impacts my day. First world problem for sure but music makes my day better and helps my mental state. Apple you need to get on this. Or at least provide a warning!
I am dealing with the same issues and have the same phone. As of 17.4.1, it will not reliably connect to either of my vehicles, forcing me to turn bluetooth off and back on. That works... sometimes. but I have had to do it more than once to finally get it to connect.
Since the latest update my iWatch connection to Iphone camera app is TERRIBLE.
Continues freezes and black screens.
Closing the apps on both devices and reopening does not even work.
Only hard resetting both devices (sometimes) works.
What an absolute bummer this. And we pay hundreds and hundreds of dollars for these devices.
For years it worked well. Now it is as bad as in 2013, I remember those days.
I use it a lot for amateur movie making. And this makes it completely impossible.
I don't know what Apple has done with the latest updates for iWatch (10.4) and IOS (17.4.1) on iPhone, but it has completely messed up the connection.
Everything was great till I updated my 13 to 17.4.1
So I can connect to my car using BT but no one can hear me. This f'n terrible update has just made driving super dangerous
worst part is I'll have my earpieces in and the BT default connects to the car, so I have to disconnect from the car on the phone while driving and then it auto joins randomly

When my iPhone updated to iOS 17.5.1 my bluetooth stopped working as well. I depend on an industrial noise cancelling bluetooth headset for communications because I work in a very noisy environment in a big food processing plant. Now no one can get a hold of me or vice versa when working on the plant floor. This really impacts my job. C'mon Apple, fix it. Don't make me regret buying an iPhone.
Iphone 13 pro max since updated to ios 17 tons of slowness issues and bad/poor bluetooth connection to 2013 Lexus RX.
ios 16 was much faster and soo smooth in every way and had no issues with bluetooth.
afaik cannot downgrade.
Livewire your suggestion seems to perhaps be a working work around for my iPhone 13 that none of the updates including 17.5.1 have done. So far my Fitbit watch and headphones will pair without issue.
Will see how this works with other devices and how frequently I may need to try this to deal with what Apple broke.

Same issue here. With my AirPods 3rd Gen’s. And HomePod too. All updated to the latest firmware/software.
